Skill-Lync is a Y-combinator backed company, focused on re-engineering engineering education. We bridge the gap between academia and the industry by providing industry-relevant engineering courses across various mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics, and computer science domains. This increases the employability of the engineers graduating from our platform. We will be the future online engineering college, being the largest edtech.

Job Description includes but is not limited to :

A Senior Director of Sales at Skill-Lync is responsible for driving revenue targets for the entire B2C product lines across regions. A person with excellent communication skills, data-oriented, driven by sales strategies and numbers and strong team management skills will be successful in this role. You will strategize a strong relationship with the growing customer base to generate sales multifold to fuel our growth.

- Strategies and propose sales plans to augment revenue generation

- Manage revenue targets for entire B2C product lines

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Handle the end-to-end sales processes starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales leadership team

- Identify hiring needs and work closely with the hiring team to bring the best talent onboard

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze the market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer acquisition and satisfaction

Desired Skills :

- Proven work experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role in the B2C sector - preferably from educational sales experience with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience

- Excellent communication and articulation skills

- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Data-oriented, result-oriented and process-driven professional

- High attention to detail

- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators

- Should have prior experience driving a revenue target of 200 Crores per month

- Ability to mobilize a 3000 member inside sales team
