We are looking for Sales - Regional Manager who will need to come up with new and unique business development strategies, set goals and promote the company's image. Your contribution will help maintain a strong relationship with a growing client base which will bring in more profits and fuel our growth. Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the sale of a business products or services in a specified region or geographical area and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team - Propose Region wise sales plans, budget and targets in alignment with business objectives - Manage Region and individual performances - Report on Region-wise sales results - Forecast quarterly and annual profits - Handle the end to end sales process starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process - Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople - Analyse the Region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth - Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions Requirements: - Ed-Tech or E-learning Experience Mandatory - Should have handled a total team size of minimum 75-100 members and 3-5 Managers. - Should have handled a weekly revenue of at-least 1-2 Crores. - Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role - Preferably same domain or educational sales, people management experience - Should have experience in working with a B2C business model (Mandatory). Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators. - Fluency with CRM software - Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team - Excellent communication skills - Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude - Willingness to travel as needed - We are taking over the world of Engineering, and to do so, we are looking for great candidates who are willing to push the boundaries and help us solve problems at scale with solutions that have lasting impact.
