Skill-Lync is an exhaustive platform to re-engineer engineering education. The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Brand Marketing Manager to build and grow our brand. As we continue to grow faster, the brand marketing manager will play a key role by increasing our brand reach and awareness and amplifying the growth of our company.

1.Develop a brand strategy for Skill-Lync by shaping and communicating our vision and mission in India and other major markets.

2.Execute ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns to improve reach and awareness.

3.Be a brand custodian and analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, and ensure brand guidelines and standards are met across all assets.

4.Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

5.Execute campaigns that go beyond conventional TV/Media (media partnerships, alliances, PR, CSR, sponsorships).

6.Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action".

7.Establish performance specifications, cost, and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

8.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI, and KPIs.

9.Use Data and Metrics to run brand marketing campaigns efficiently, and effectively.

10.Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.

11.Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions and devise innovative growth strategies.

12.Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
