Responsibilities:
1. Develop a brand strategy for Skill-Lync by shaping and communicating our vision and mission in India and other major markets
2. Execute ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns to improve reach and awareness
3. Be a brand custodian and analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and ensure brand guidelines and standards are met across all assets
4. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
5. Execute campaigns that go beyond conventional TV/Media (media partnerships, alliances, PR, CSR, sponsorships)
6. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
7. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
9. Use Data and Metrics to run brand marketing campaigns efficiently and effectively
10. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities
11. Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
12. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions and devise innovative growth strategies
13. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
Requirements:
1. Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management
3. Degree in marketing or a related field
4. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
5. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
6. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
7. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
8. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
9. Outstanding communication skills
10. Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
