Executive Assistant to CEO, Metals Division

About us:

SKH is in a very interesting phase currently and is expecting tremendous growth in the coming years. AS a part of our growth Strategy, we are looking to build a team of outstanding contributors and performers who will help drive the businesses and deliver as per our plans. The role in the CEO's Office is central to this strategy. The incumbent is expected to be working with the manufacturing sector - preferably Automobile/Auto Component segment and will be involved in supporting the CEO in business, projects as well as functions like Supply Chain, Operations, D&D, etc.

The key objective is to provide strategic level support and data analysis to the CEO's office to ensure the smooth running of operations and on-time delivery of key projects. It is a key position and in many ways will work as a catalyst to ensure that the company delivers to the best of its capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and monitor systems that drive operational performance tracking. This will include and is not limited to Capex projects - costs and timelines, monitoring cost reduction programs, new customer acquisition, and product price performance - amongst other things.

- Design, manage and present key data and critical parameters in a compact and coherent manner to CEO's Office.

- Support the CEO in the business performance review - highlighting areas of concern ad presenting recommendations to the concerned SBU/Functional Leaders via the CEO's Office. Will present the supporting information and data along with analysis for effective planning at the management level.

- Perform scenario analysis, competitor's performance analysis, and sectorial analysis - that aid in providing a robust decision support system to the CEO.

- Provide updates and inputs on macro trends and industry level trends - that support the company in becoming a best-in-class organization.

- Coordinate and minute key internal meetings, follow-ups on actions and closure of action plans while providing an update to the CEO.

Required Skill Sets :

1. Analytical Skills

2. Assertiveness

3. Good/deep understanding of operations in manufacturing/auto components industry and sound knowledge of related financial aspects.

This position is a lateral induction into the Organization. The candidate will get an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team and shall get prepared to climb the career ladder in a span of few years to an SBU/Functional Leader level.

Education/Experience Profile :

1. Engineer with MBA - post MBA qualification experience of 3-5 years - from a top tier Engineering/MBA School

2. Preferably working in the Automotive Sector/Manufacturing business.

3. Experience in High Volume, High-Value industrial businesses is desired.
