ABC Consultants has been retained to hire a Site Head Sales (Residential & Commercial project) position, for a Renowned Real Estate Group

Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the premium residential projects in Bangalore.
- Carrying out pre sales and post sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- To handhold the customer through the pre-sales - post sales process till possession.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
Qualifications and Work Experience: Post Graduate with minimum 10 years' experience in Residential / Commercial / Real Estate Sales with a premier Real Estate Developer.
You would need to have:
- Highly motivated and self- directed; Focused on results and closures
- Exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Good understanding of business
- Analysis and make recommendations to enable decision making and improvements
