Site Program Manager - BPO/KPO

We are looking for a Site Program Manager who would be spearheading the Site Support operations and would be responsible for managing all processes that deliver towards the administration of the Site.

Responsibilities:

- Closely coordinate with the Site Leadership team, Support functions including HR, Compliance, OTRC, Legal, Finance & Tax and global stakeholders, Site Research & Analysis, Global & Regional Finance.

- Manage Demand & new Migrations, Risk & Controls, Project Management, Project Office.

- The incumbent will be partnering with a plethora of both internal and external partners including the Site Leadership Team, franchise Support functions, Tax authorities and Regulators

- Ensure all required policies & procedures for existing and new products/processes/migrations are properly implemented within the business.

- Liaise with Central governance teams to obtain clarifications on documentation.

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree, preferably with Master degree, major in Business/ Finance.

- Strong knowledge of support functions: Project Management, Finance, Migrations and Demand, Risk and Control

- At least 15 years of relevant working experience
