Responsibilities: (WFO)
With the overarching objective of optimizing the store category and product mix:
1. Manage online merchandise and implement steps to improve KPIs (conversion, category performance, page views)
2. Manage a popular list for online navigation
3. Analyse online category trends at various levels based on key parameters
4. Analyse competitor category performance
5. Analyse category gaps in online business and provide inputs to stakeholders
6. Manage online render and listing process
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of post-graduation experience in website merchandising in organized e-commerce industry
- NIFT Gandhinagar / NID Gandhinagar Graduate
- Strong aptitude to understand product-consumer behavior, visual aesthetics and problem-solving
- Passion to understand nuances of style, fashion, and trends in fast-evolving modern luxury goods space
