Site Logistics Lead - Pharma

Urgent opening with one of our clients which a Leading Pharma MNC has an opening for a Site Logistics Lead.

The incumbent of the position is sitting member of Site Leadership Team and plays an active part in Planning/scheduling and site warehousing activities, identifying and implementing Logistics strategies, managing the Core Commercial Cycle [CCC] and related processes from the planning of material management to production and final distribution. The role includes management of the storage and distribution of materials and products in accordance with GMP and GDP.

Basic Requirements:

B.Sc., post graduate qualification in Materials Mgt. / MBA (10+ experience)

Should have comprehensive knowledge of Materials & Production Planning /Scheduling & Warehousing related activities

Proficiency in Supply Chain Management

Knowledge of Regulatory and EHS regulations, cGMP & GDP requirements

Good understanding of MSDS/HAS, Material characteristics/properties and associated hazard, compatibility

Sound understanding of Warehouse environment management systems and typical equipment and systems

Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate teams so as to enable teams for excelling their performance

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels and across functions.
