Job Summary- Looking from FIntech/Financial Services Background

This position provides an excellent entry point to quickly learn, both business, product, technology and the People function, while providing high visibility and opportunity to interact with an extensive range of global stakeholders. This level of visibility and opportunity comes with high performance expectations. That means a strong ability to deliver results when measured against a high bar while focusing on our company culture.

The Global Technology Site Leader will work directly with CTO to manage a world-class global technology centre.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Lead the day-to-day operations of all their technology centers in India. Plan and execute on a long-term strategy for India, including product, engineering and M&A

- Represent client in India for product and technology. Build the brand among and attract, develop and retain great engineers and engineering managers, who thrive working in innovative, user-focused, fast paced environment.

- Lead the development of high quality, impactful, scalable products and systems that delight users and achieve business goals

- Driving the cost efficiency of the centre, maximizing the India team's throughput & productivity and focus on the inclusive culture of the company

- Foster a culture of continuous growth and improvement through coaching, mentoring, feedback and clear measurable outcomes.

- Work with other global and India leaders to improve and scale the India organization

- Own the technical strategic roadmap planning for your domains, and help shape the engineering strategy for the organization as a whole

- Collaborate on product plans with your product and business counterparts

- Hold the teams to high standards in engineering and quality practices, speed of delivery, architecture and design, and code quality

Qualifications and Experience

- 15+ years of industry experience, including a significant experience in managing all aspects of Delivery and Operations of an Offshore Centre

- Excellent people, technical and communication skills. Ability to relate across multiple levels and across cultures.

- A track record of developing and leading product and platform engineering teams via mentorship and coaching of diverse, multi-cultural engineers and engineering managers.

- Business and product mindset. Ability to identify, evaluate and convey engineering and technology choices and trade-offs.

- Experience in digital and the ability to understand technology to translate data into key business metrics and decision making.

- Bachelor's degree, with a strong academic record, in Computer Science or Engineering/master's preferred.
