Our client is a global financial institution with a growing presence in India. They are actively looking for a site lead for one of their growing captives. As part of the Executive Management Committee you will have responsibility for overall management of the Service Center. You will provide leadership for developing, implementing and communicating the overall strategy of the location. Your remit will be broad, covering across financial management, risk, strategic planning, talent development, community affairs to business development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth and development of a captive, in an otherwise mature - captive market- . Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Strategy and Planning - workforce planning across multiple business functions - Developing, implementing and communicating the overall strategy of the centre - Working closely with business partners to develop the site's capabilities - Fostering and developing a culture of innovation and efficiency - Actively show casing the delivery capabilities of the centre to global management To be eligible for this role you will require: - Senior leadership experience in financial services across multiple disciplines or as an existing site leader - Experience in the setting and implementation of business strategy - Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively influence decision makers - Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders - Demonstrated people management skills and experience in developing the cultural values of an organisation Please contact Guy Erricker Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
