Job Purpose/Summary: The position exists in order to facilitate the smooth operations at the site, Zero escalation environment, Effective team management, cost leadership & stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities:
Knowledge & Performance Management:
Analysis of site & business specific learning needs with business partners & stakeholders.
Ensure the facilitators are at pace & updated about changes in delivery guidelines and conduct periodic audits for trainers & content.
Governance:
Ensure overall smooth & seamless administration of any learning & development initiative.
Create the annual & quarterly calendar with communication to all stake holders.
Learning Implementation & Evaluation:
Conduct GSC Orientation sessions at the site.
Deliver soft skills, professional skills & behavioural skills training at site as required.
Create & seamlessly implement deployment plans for the site.
Drive learning process standardization, streamline & share best practices at the site.
Evaluate instructor performance with respect to design & effectiveness of learning solutions.
Mentor, Train & coach learning administrator, set performance standards & monitor their performance.
Cost Leadership:
Plan implementation & facilitation of activities & events, budget spending, material production & distribution & ensure L&D operations are managed within authorized budgets.
ROFO Adherence
Drive L&D Efficiencies through optimized planning, automation & internal training delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
Develop & maintain constructive & collaborative working relationships with functional leaders.
Provide guidance & expert advice to management or other groups on Learning & Development.
Play a role of learning advisor to various teams to support their business deliverables.

Required experience & skills:
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the Learning & development space.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning, organization and administrative skills
- Strong project management skills
- Should have the ability to work independently

- Zero Escalation environment

- Learning Effectiveness & correlation with Talent metrics
