Position Description: To proactively manage, engage and develop Human Capital at the Manufacturing site so that they- re motivated to perform effectively towards the achievement of the overall business goal and to manage Employee Relations positively within Internal ; External Environment. Key Responsibilities: - To lead, support and develop HR Team to give sustainable results for a High performance and Highly engaged Human Capital at Site. - To preparation of Annual Budgets and monitoring and controlling Annual Budgets for Manpower & Administrative Costs for site. - To facilitate site wide goal setting, Mid-Year and Annual Performance and Development reviews, ensuring fair evaluation by participating in Annual Calibrations for Site Employees and support in appropriate Rewards and Recognition programs. - To promote Healthy work environment through employee friendly programs, HR Systems and policies that help strengthen the operations. Driving the right culture in the Organization in line with Company strategy - To implement the Centrient staffing policy and supporting the Team in Quality Talent Hiring and Recruiting for critical vacancies. Attraction and retention of manpower across levels and extend Centrient brand in the region as an employer of choice and facilitates the HODs to initiate departmental changes as and when necessary - To ensure people development through training by annual training need identification in discussions with department heads and matching with competencies required for the job with a focus on skill enhancement and competency development and supporting in execution of annual training calendar. - To own the overall site compliance from HR/labour perspective and to ensure that all the statutory requirements as per the labour laws / rules applicable to the site are met and indulgence in unfair trade practices are avoided so as to minimize the chances of legal litigations. In case of legal problems encountered appropriate actions to be initiated in the interest of the organization in consultation with legal advisor and seniors. - To maintain harmonious relationship with neighborhood industry, community and society to prevent potential IR/ER scenarios. - To make sure that site operations run smoothly and no man-days are lost by ensuring that all the required statutory work / joint committees are formed and function properly. To ensure that general discipline is maintained at all levels / departments. - To ensure that all employees are adhering to the rules and regulations set down by the company. - To ensure that Time Office Management is on track and leaves are properly managed and overtime is minimized. - To comply with SHE Corporate requirements and to implement the SHE Corporate requirements in Human Resource Management in collaboration with SHE department. - To support CSR activities in alignment with Centrient AMEA CSR committee. - To ensure that the contractual manpower at the site is managed as per the statutory requirement and all the compliances are met in aspect of contractual workforce. Background & Experience: - Post graduate in Human Resources. (Tier I colleges only) - Minimum 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry. - 4 to 5 years of experience as Head HR for a manufacturing site. - Experience of working in manufacturing and multinational organization. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
