Site HR Head - Manufacturing Firm

- The Site HR Head is responsible for performing HR activities at the site including screening, recruitment, interviewing & placing workers, onboarding employees, employee administration, and providing continuous performance coaching & development training to staff.

- He/she is also responsible for the coordination of Payroll, Statutory, and Taxation at the site.
