About Company:

Leading Pharmaceutical and Health Management Industry, Client of Roland & Associates.

Skills:

- 15+ years of total experience, with minimum 5 years looking after a site/ Plant.

- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences, Biologicals, Pharmacy or Microbiology, Engineering with good exposure to Vaccine/ injectables/ Fermenters.

- Exposure on Manufacturing process, Quality, Production process, New products development.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure stringent Quality standards, norms & practices and effective deployment.

- Develop & implement all manufacturing business systems.

- Build and lead teams to achieve business goals.

Position : Site Head (Reporting directly to CEO- Biologicals)

Location : Punjab
