Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Management: Lead and supervise the sales team, set sales targets, develop sales plans and strategies, and monitor sales performance. Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their sales techniques and achieve individual and team goals.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential customers, and conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and generate leads.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and resolve them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Project Management: Oversee the sales process for the real estate development project from initial lead generation to final closure. Coordinate with internal teams, such as construction, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of units to customers.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to evaluate sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Present sales updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the real estate market. Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions and recommend strategies to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and feedback.

- Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in using sales tools, CRM software, and MS Office applications.

- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and laws.

- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and travel to different locations as needed.
