Role: - Candidate must be adept in managing the site including the whole adminsitration and sales. - Responsible for the overall sales and execution. - Meeting customers, addressing their queries and negotiating and closing the deal. - Lead and guide the team for building relationships with Channel Partners, sourcing and closing deals. Requirement: - Candidate should have a min of 3 years experience as Site Head. - Should have worked in and around Goregaon for min 3 years in the last 5 years. - Proven track record of closing residential deals. - Candidates from developer firms will be preferred.
