Site Head - Project Manager

Client: Our client is one of the India's leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Developers specializing in Residential, Commercial & Hospitality Projects.

Location: Pune.

Candidate should be a High Rise Residential construction expert with experience of working on G+30 floor buildings as a Project Manager.

Job Summary :

- Oversight of site operations for designated construction projects, ensuring smooth functioning throughout.

- Ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects by supervising all stages of development.

- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to devise efficient work schedules and plans.

- Coordinating the procurement of necessary plant, machinery, and materials as per project requirements.

Demonstrating strong leadership abilities to foster team development and motivation within the - workforce.

Responsibilities:.

- Oversee all project activities, including execution, scheduling, planning, and value engineering as needed.

- Ensure project execution aligns with approved budget, timeframe, and quality standards.

- Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate project activities with stakeholders.

- Review and interpret designs, architecture drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment.

- Enforce quality management principles and safety practices to meet statutory and company HSE policies.

- Allocate and monitor resources, machinery, and specialized agencies for efficient workflow.

- Monitor construction progress and address any deviations to meet project targets.

- Coordinate with legal and liaison teams to secure necessary permissions.

- Uphold company reputation and foster a positive work environment.
