Site Head (Ankaleshwar)

Our client is one of the leading API manufacturers based in Mumbai.

The role will be responsible for leading the API manufacturing Plant Operations based in Ankaleshwar.

Reports to: Executive Director & Head Technical Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

- He will be heading the overall operation of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

- Preparation of annual production plan to meet the Corporate Business Plan.

- Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.

- Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any.

- Ensuring stringent science based Quality standards, norms and practices, effective deployment of GMP thereby ensuring zero defect and zero customer complaint.

- Planning and implementing the preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment's.

- Ensure that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant.

- Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking action on the audit reports.

Looking to connect with professionals with the following criteria:

- A minimum of 18-20 years of experience in managing API manufacturing plant operations.

- Experience in API manufacturing is a must.

- Must have experience in handling USFDA audits.
