Site Head

- Experienced in High rise & Multi storied buildings.

- Enable project teams to achieve timely completion of projects and help them with contractor management

- Project scheduling including planning of resources (material, manpower, machinery, money)

- Guiding Project Managers in planning resources and activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies.

- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of projects within time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output reduction in inventory of excess material lying across at all sites

- To guide & facilitate all necessary support to the Project managers in terms of drawings, staff support, materials, internal decisions, technical solutions, resolving contractor issues and all other resources on a timely basis.

- Carryout technical audit of final bills to ensure correct application of contractual conditions and verification of specs, measurements and classification handling emergencies and critical works on / off project sites monitor effective utilization of company resources deployed at site and identify the gaps of potential risks prepare mitigation plan for projects in consultation with project managers preparation of project execution plan and enable project managers for its effective implementation preparation of budget and related project analytical required for management reporting

- Evaluation, preparation of schedules, work orders, agreements, etc. for Sub-contracting works constructability review, handling criticalities of material delivery, contractual claims

- Responsible for entire execution and other aspects Cost, time quality and safety of various projects.
