Site Head - Business Excellence Quality
Our Client is a Global MNC and one of the leading Telecom Service provider.
We are looking for candidates have a strong Quality & MBB Certified experience and from BPO, Shared Services or Captive environment.
Position : Site Head - Business Excellence
Location : Bangalore
Role purpose :
- Lead Business Excellence function to generate value through improved performance, more effective and efficient business processes, provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Lead Project management of high profile programmes to deliver added value as part of a central Business Excellence team.
- The job requires occasional travel for Steer Co reviews and strategic meetings.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Accountable for identifying and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives that result in quantitative and qualitative improvements to costs, quality, speed and service of Shared Services operations.
- Gathers issues, complaints to identify process improvement needs. Identifies process gaps, manages root cause analysis. Uses 3D approach to improve processes, provide advisory services to Group Entities or Local Markets
- Supports metrics development to increase data driven decision making. Takes an active leadership role in monitoring key processes and gathering best practices
- Develops presentations to communicate issues and recommendations to management. Communicates opportunities, results and issues to various audiences. Documents business processes.
- Leads medium to significant size projects. Communicates stakeholder requirements, facilitates delivery of project objectives, tracks progress. Identifies solutions to issues and risks, communicates status.
Key performance indicators :
- Uniform processes across vertical functions created, documented and deployed
- Project objectives and milestones, budget tracking satisfaction of internal customers.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Project management & delivery expertise. Familiar with quality and business excellence tools and approaches such as TQM, Lean, 5S, TOC etc
- Stakeholder management skills (at senior level), communication/ negotiation/ influencing / presentation skills
- Experience of data analytics, statistics, data insights reporting
- Cross cultural sensitivity
- 10 -12 years of experience in similar field
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
- Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- MS Project, Power point, Excel
