SISIR Radar - Vice President - Finance

Company Description : SISIR Radar is creating India's first drone-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) that offers all-weather, day and night, high-frequency imaging, to make this technology affordable for everyone. The company is founded by Tapan Misra, a global expert in Imaging Radar, who was once the Director of the Space Applications Centre (SAC) and Physical Research Laboratory (PRL). The company is located in Kolkata.

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice-President of Finance. The Vice-President of Finance will be responsible for managing the company's financial statements, financial reporting, finance, and accounting. Their day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, ensuring financial compliance, and developing financial strategies to drive company performance.

Qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills

- Expertise in financial reporting and accounting

- Experience in developing financial strategies that drive company performance

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in a financial leadership role

- Candidates from West Bengal will be preferred.

Certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) mandatory.
