Job Description : - Engage regularly and develop relationships with customer stakeholders including business and technical teams. - Develop an understanding of the customers business and technical objectives, partner with them to understand the current engagement with SISA and its overall performance score. - Map and analyze customer experience to remove bottlenecks to ensure better customer engagements. - Understand the pain areas of Customers and facilitate the engagement with SISA to resolve it with strategic success plan with identified objectives, milestones and measurable KPIs to achieve the outcomes. - Conduct regular health check initiatives like feedbacks, surveys, or client meetings to understand the increase the customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). - Partner with customer-facing teams and executives (Sales, Account Management etc) on overall success of SISA's customer experience - Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights and act as an SISA's ambassador with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
