Job Profile: Trademark Agent

Experience: 1-4 yrs

Location: Gurugram

Education: Having Certificate of Trademark Agent as issued by TM Office/Company Secretary/LL.B Graduate.

Job Responsibilities:

- Researching existing trademarks so as to advise on availability;

- Drawing up contracts & overseeing the trademark registration process;

- Managing & protecting intellectual property rights once trademarks have been registered;

- Conducting opposition searches, TM searches, etc;

- Drafting of oppositions, counter-claims, evidences, etc;

- Taking appropriate action if client's trademark rights are broken;

- Trademark renewals;

- Prepare and record ownership documents and licenses related to trademarks.
