Company Profile Simplotel (www.simplotel.com) is a Software as a Service (SaaS) technology company that focuses on helping hotels across the globe grow their direct bookings. The name Simplotel is a portmanteau of the words - Simple- and - Hotel-, representing our aim of simplifying the lives of hoteliers. Simplotel was started in October 2013 and is funded by India's largest Online Travel Agency - MakeMyTrip. Senior Marketing Analyst/Manager Simplotel is looking for a senior analyst to own the Marketing function of our B2B product for hotels. This is an individual contributor position and is based out of our headquarters in Bangalore. The Marketing Manager or Analyst will formulate Marketing strategies and execute them. He/she will be responsible for driving leads for our Sales team in India and internationally, in a cost-efficient manner. Responsibilities - Formulate and execute the Marketing strategies to drive high-volume of high-quality inbound leads. Such leads will help our Sales team hit their revenue targets - Measure and maintain dashboards with key metrics on marketing initiatives. Analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels and use that information to influence future courses of action - Own online and offline marketing for Simplotel. Represent Simplotel at trade shows, events, and customer forums - Create content for websites, newsletters, case studies, email copy for marketing campaigns, social media posts, implement SEO, manage review channels, etc. Essentially own all aspects of Marketing KRAs for the role - Generate high volume of high-quality leads and achieve growth in a cost effective manner (mostly through organic means). Skills and Experience Good understanding of driving B2B sales leads through: i. Content marketing (e.g. website copy, blogs, case studies, webinars) ii. Online organic channels (SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, reputation sites such as software suggest) iii. Inorganic marketing channels paid channels such as (Google SEM) - 2-5 years of experience running B2B marketing (experience at a SaaS company is a plus) - Excellent analytical and logical skills - Great written communication skills - MBA preferred (not required) - Excellent energy, passion, and strong execution skills
