Position - Business Analyst / Account Manager Broadly responsible for interacting with the clients and be the primary point of contact for any support and build a strong lasting relationship that helps in customer renewals. Should possess an ability to work with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers. - Manage critical client accounts which have the higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing. - Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships. - Understand website traffic of our customers and craft and implement strategies to grow it. - Deliver monthly metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform Skills required - 1.5 - 3 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience - Graduation from any Tier-1 Colleges. MBA not necessary - Should possess strong analytics skills and should be an Excel Savy - Knowledge of e-commerce, Web analytics &amp; SEO is a plus. - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Ability to prioritize among competing tasks - Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
