Duties and responsibilities :
- We are looking for result-oriented individuals for the position of Solution Architect to support enterprise business.
- We are searching for a dynamic & seasoned individual who has an appreciation of the big picture (strategic outlook), has an eye for detail and can design business solutions across learning streams.
- The expectation of the Solution Architect is to use his/her technical knowledge to arrive at the best learning solution for clients.
- This would require brief knowledge of end to end digital skills starting development, integration and deployment technologies namely programming languages, cloud computing, Data/AI, DevOps, etc.
- This role is for an end-to-end solution architect for proactive and reactive opportunities.
- As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for consulting our clients on various learning paths.
- The individual should be able to lead and participate in providing end to end learning solutions and pricing in consultation with the presales manager or lead solution architect.
- Understand customer's business requirements and create an appropriate value proposition using Simplilearn offerings across mega categories to drive the response
- Have a strong understanding and exposure in new-age digital skills
- Be able to take ownership of learning solutions across mega categories of learning.
- Have the ability to define and deliver initiatives for large/complex learning engagements
- Be able to front end solution defense discussions with a customer
Desired skills :- Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in presales of leading IT services/product company
- Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
- To work in an analytical and structured way is one of your major strengths.
- You are a problem solver with an ambitious and dedicated mindset.
- You can convince your team members of the solution you determined but you keep your ears and eyes open for feedback.
What you will do :- You need to assist sales in scoping the project and ask the right questions to make a good and achievable proposal.
- You will translate the scope of the project into concrete decisions and steps to follow take this into account.
- Develop consultative solutions for clients ensuring key differentiator becomes value adds to the overall solutions.
- Align content and tech product management teams on the solutions, tracking and driving closure of any issues envisioned on the same.
- Design solutions that are commercial modelled viable and tried and tested
