- For this role, we are looking for a PPC expert, who has hands-on expertise in PPC platforms like Adwords and Bing, and tools like Marin. You are someone who has a never-ending desire to try out new features, experiment, do A/B tests and constantly find newer ways to optimize. 

- At the same time, you should be able to drive the right tactical decisions to achieve the monthly targets related to conversions and cost. You need to be a great team player and leader - highly collaborative, open to new ideas and being insightful in discussions, but equally important is mentoring and guiding other members of your team using your expertise.

Specific Aspects of the Role:

- Managing a global budget covering India, US and the rest of the world

- Managing and optimizing critical campaigns/accounts in Search, Retargeting and Display, across Adwords, Bing and other related platforms.

- Ensuring monthly targets around conversions and CPA are met

- Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner

- Diligently carrying out experiments and reporting results and insights

- Creating highly engaging ad copies and relentlessly testing them

- Working smart - implement scripts and rules to take care of tasks which can be automated

- Leading and mentoring a 5 member team - actively sharing insights and expertise

- The person is expected to manage critical campaigns hands-on while leading a team of SEM/PPC professionals.
