Job Title: Associate Product Manager Duties and Responsponsibilities : - Understand and research the edTech markets, gather competitive insights, develop collaterals to be consumed by sales and marketing teams. - Work with Engineering and relevant stakeholders to drive and launch product enhancement and features - Develop Key messaging frameworks, positioning statements and value proposition - Collaborate with product managers and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas. - Create compelling stories around Simplilearn Products and successful customers, markets, etc. - Plan the launches of new products, updates of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Desired Candidate Qualifications : - Computer Science/IT Engineering degree with an MBA - Prior software development/coding experience is a must - 1-2+ years in B2C or B2B software - EdTech, SaaS, CRM or HR tech experience is preferred. - Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail. - Strong and comfortable in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including product management, operations, sales and marketing - Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders - Experience creating highly leveraged sales tools, training, and collateral.
