Job Title: Sr.Product Manager (Salesforce Automation)

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :

1. Drive deep integration of marketing automation (marketing mails, website tracking, etc.), customer success automation (customer tickets), learner automation (LMS progress, learner feedback, etc.) and sales process (calls and emails from sales reps), to deliver a 360 degree view of every lead as well as every customer. And use this integrated approach to deliver business projects such as more scientific lead and account scoring.

2. Deliver on the goal to complete automation through an interconnected system, making manual processes between sales team, operations team and finance team redundant.

3. Own the roadmap for this effort end to end, finding innovative solutions to take Simplilearn to the next level at any point while managing these solutions within budget targets

4. Collaborate with the engineering, support, marketing & business teams to release impactful features, coordinate development activity, and track success metrics to closure.

5. Employs a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements.

6. Produce detailed Specs for products/features. Including wireframes, user flows, scenarios, business case, product roadmap, performance metrics etc.

7. Be the visionary who defines how Simplilearn should operate at its best with a world-class tooling approach and automation workflow.

8. Be the single owner across all levels in communicating the outcomes and release plans for the roadmap.

Work Experience :

1. 5+ years of experience having managed Salesforce based internal transformation projects. Hands-on tools experience across marketing automation tools and finance automation tools is crucial.

2. Exceptionally strong communication skills with the ability to work equally well with CXO level folks and engineering teams.

3. People management experience. This is a people manager role managing product managers and business analysts.

4. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, business etc.

An Ideal Candidate should have:

a. Strong quantitative capabilities, excellent organizational and analytical skills.

b. A displayed high degree of ownership and executions skills in past assignments.

5. Proficiency in evaluating performance/impact of a feature. Ability to make business and technical trade-offs in delivering the best solutions.

6. Bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that help drive product development.

7. Thorough understanding of agile development methodologies along with JIRA.

8. Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decision are tied to key business drivers.
