Senior Product Manager / Delivery Manager

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for establishing partnerships with subject matter experts, independent content developers and technology companies to deliver content and training support for Simplilearn. The role is also responsible for directly managing an acquisition team and managing all current and new partnerships are able to deliver consistent value.

Reporting Structure - This role is part of a matrix structure and will report to the Head of content & Head of Operations

Pre-Requisites:

1. Exp of presales, partner management or outsourced project management in elearning domain.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies for generating leads.

3. Experience in global (US + India) services delivery

4. Strong process orientation with ability to identify gaps, define process and track performance

5. Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.

6. MBA from leading institute preferred but not mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify & manage pool of SME- s, trainers and build on-going relationships to delivery high level of work

- Identify & manage content development partners to support core content development work

- Manage budgets and ensure delivery of high quality work through partners within defined costs

- Quality management of all work units

- Innovate on partnership models to increase business impact

- Manage internal and external stakeholders (Internal team coordination)

- Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed structures reporting & managing multiple stakeholders
