Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities :
- Source for assigned Niche/Super niche and leadership roles in Tech and non Tech side of business
- Responsible for stakeholder management
- Executive search experience is a plus
- Willing to work as an individual contributor for leadership roles
- Experience in Head hunting for IT/Non-IT roles across Internet /eCommerce/ Startups/ EdTech industries
- Experience in Managing a good source mix -Job Boards, Social Media, Linkedin, and other platforms
- Be an effective negotiator to close positions in given budgets.
- Build amazing rapport with candidates to understand their motivators and priorities very well and keep them engaged from offer to onboarding.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to ensure that hiring is on track
Desired Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Candidates with a full-time MBA and B.Tech will be preferred.
