Simplilearn is one of the largest online education provider in the area of certification training for working professionals, an education tech company based out of Bangalore, India. We compete with the companies like Udemy, Lynda, Pluralsight etc and create compelling user experience to help users learn online. We are heavily funded by leading VCs like Mayfield, Helion Venture partners and Kalaari capitals.

Who are we looking for :

We are looking for highly dynamic & goal oriented sales professionals who have the penchant and attitude to perform & excel in the demanding and fast paced work environment.

What should you do :

- Contract and manage new Channel Partners who can re-sell Simplilearn's learning solutions in their respective markets.

- Provide the sales foundation and credibility associated with recruiting new Channel partners and build loyal relationships that produce predictable, recurring revenue streams.

- Focus on developing new Channel markets and engage specific partners to meet sales targets.

- Be seen and treated by Channel partners as a trusted and valued resource to them.

- Develop and maintain a business plan for key markets penetration in assigned area.

- Setup and build the channel sales team to cater to geographically spread customer base.

- Work closely with existing sales teams on development and execution of sales strategies.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each partner across the region.

- Work with marketing to access current sales tools and drive the creation of new solutions.

What do we look for in you :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in managing channel sales.

- Experience with variety of deal structures and terms and the ability to match the appropriate structures to each partnership situation.

- Ability to incubate and support relationships with a broad set of partner organizations.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills - written, verbal - required.

- Only the candidates currently based out of Bangalore will be considered for this role.
