Role: Program Manager – content development

Job Description

- Project management of multiple content development projects involving multiple stakeholders like subject matter experts, e-learning programmers, technical writers who would be spread across the world

- Continuously looking at ways in which better and better content can be developed for our demanding user base across the world

- Ensuring course content being developed is of a particular quality standard and there is consistency across multiple courses

- Resolving any content related errors by getting in touch with external subject matter experts and in-house programmers

- Working with certification bodies like PMI, APMG, CFA Institute, GARP, ISACA etc on getting the courseware accredited

- Negotiating with external vendor’s esp. Subject matter experts and trainers on their scope of work and associated costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should be a graduate with MBA degree as a preference

- Should have instructional design background

- Should have worked as project manager handling multiple e-learning projects

- Should have worked with stakeholders spread across the globe

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient on MS-office

- Out of box thinking Approach

- Expertise in E-Learning projects & domain

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient on MS-Excel, Out of box thinking Approach

- Familiarity with e-learning industry standards, eLearning course development, curriculum development process
