For this role, we are looking for a PPC expert, who has hands-on expertise in PPC platforms like Adwords and Bing. You are someone who has a never-ending desire to try out new features, experiment, do A/B tests and constantly find newer ways to optimize. At the same time, you should be able to drive the right tactical decisions to achieve the monthly targets related to conversions and cost. You need to be a great team player - highly collaborative, open to new ideas and being insightful in discussions, but equally important is mentoring and guiding other members of the team using your expertise.

Specific Aspects of the Role:
Managing and optimizing critical campaigns/accounts
Ensuring monthly targets around conversions and CPA are met
Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner
Diligently carrying out experiments and reporting results and insights
Creating highly engaging ad copies and relentlessly testing them
Working smart - implement scripts and rules to take care of tasks which can be automated
Mentoring and guiding other members of the team - actively sharing insights and expertise
Key Qualifications Needed:
3-6 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing large and complex Adwords+Bing accounts end-to-end, with at least 80% of time dedicated to Adwords and Bing.
Total work experience of at least 5 years.
In-depth understanding and experience in using more advanced Adwords features/capabilities beyond just standard search ads
Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out what's going wrong and how to fix issues
A/B testing, carrying out experiments and deriving insights from them should be second nature to you
Highly pro-active in terms of researching new features/strategies and coming up with suitable recommendations
Excellent project management skills - ensuring all action items are on track
Experience in education sector is a plus
Bachelors in Engineering, Science or other technical/analytics fields is preferred
