Simplilearn - Head - Content Marketing

Own the content charter and carry responsibility for Simplilearn's content function.

- Oversee and manage content generation for Simplilearn's blog. This includes articles, eBooks, videos, and other content hosted on the blog. Supplement in-house efforts with freelance resources wherever necessary.

- Lead and direct a team of copywriters, content writers, and editors. Ensure content adheres to high standards of US English.

- Support the marketing function with copy for :

a) Emails (sales, product, offers, lead nurturing drip, and more).

b) Paid advertising ads (AdWords, Bing paid ads, affiliate and paid media ads).

c) Social media creatives and campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora).

d) Enterprise marketing collateral.

e) Product copy and website micro-copy. This includes course page descriptions, copy for the Simplilearn app, learning portal, and more.

f) Email communication for sales and HR teams.

g) Articles, eBooks, and infographics for the Simplilearn blog.

- Support referral activities with syndicated content campaigns. This includes working with other resources to reach out to relevant blogs and online properties to host Simplilearn's content. The content manager will also need to manage guest-posts on Simplilearn's blog.

- Own and manage content outsourcing activity. The manager will be responsible for identifying freelance writers and subject matter experts to write content for Simplilearn, wherever necessary.

- Own and manage network of influencers and thought-leaders writing content for Simplilearn.

- Work closely with the design team to deliver high-quality messaging appropriate to the target audience. Ensure consistency of the brand's voice, tone, and message across channels.
