For us data product management is about taking business requirements and converting it into an actual product, using data. A data product manager is a person that understands the business requirements, knows what to look for in the data based on the business goals, and translates it to requirements for data scientist and data engineers to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do

- Work with data science and data engineers to formulation of complex business problems

- Analyse and interpret model results and present it to stakeholders

- Be hands on to use statistical software and big data querying tools for developing solutions to business problems

- Be involved to architect scalable pipelines for data analysis and transformation

- Come up with efficient, modular and scalable solutions for business and technical problems.

Architect and build near real-time (low latency) infrastructure for segmentation, lead scoring, engagement prediction etc.

- Leading big data projects successfully from scratch by using agile development techniques

- Solve problems in robust and creative ways and demonstrate solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

- Designing granular level of customer attributes by understanding data.

- Demonstrate a basic level of understanding of the full technology stack and understand how your products interact with all areas of the business

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 5+ years as product manager/Analytics/Data science role

- Building product roadmap through data-backed prioritization and agile backlog management to incrementally deliver value to the customer

- Work with cross functional teams spanning across business, product, growth, data scientists, data engineering

- Exceptional communication, collaboration and ability to evangelize the product or feature

- Hands-on experience in business/data analytics through SQL scripting, R/Python

- String understanding and demonstrated experience in analytics, algorithms and ML
