Job Description:

- Analyzing the success of past marketing campaigns and activities to identify areas in need of improvement based on prior results.

- Business model (Marketing Mix Models) building by using different statistical techniques (Proc Mixed) on basis of clients need. Evaluation of Business model to generate valuable insights on business growth as per clients need.

- Analysis of market research data to deliver insights on various business marketing tactics used by clients for profit maximization. Assessing the viability of new marketing channels, such as digital or social media. Experience working with multiple datasets, Correlation Analysis and Hypothesis testing. Determining the impact of various what-if scenarios, such as changes to budget allocations or modifications to creative content, through sophisticated simulation.

- Enabling rapid, informed responses to evolving customer demands and behaviors, shifting market trends, or emerging competitive strategies. Customer segmentation analysis.

- 2-stage Modelling, outboard analysis to fragment the effect of marketing drivers to more granular level.

- To assess the impact of various marketing tactics, marketing promotions, business profitability.

- To optimize spend by analyzing Return on Investment (ROI), Marginal Return on Investment (MROI), Effectiveness of marketing tactics and strategies. Base level volume prediction.

- Optimization to stimulate different scenarios of the Budget and Profit.

- Data review according to clients need. Interact with clients on project specifications.

- Prepare analysis reports.

- Excel Automation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Total experience of 2-5 years.

- 2 plus years’ experience in analytics.

- Use life cycle marketing tools to create a system of triggered messages based on customer preferences and actions.

- Understand how all aspects of the marketing program, from opt-in and message content and design to delivery and list management, affect email deliver ability.

- Understand and use email analytics.

- Good skills in excel, quantitative analytical skills, and ability to develop original conclusions from a disparate data set are essential.
