Job Description : Associate Director - Presales Responsibilities : Be the solutions coach : - Lead conversations with business teams and subject matter experts from the customers to recommend the right learning solutions based on a deep understanding of the Simplilearn catalog, delivery models, and the customer's requirements - Guide business teams and customers on the Simplilearn way of learning, and align expectations to Simplilearn capabilities - Coach Solution Architect team in constructing and presenting the right solution o Own the opportunity conversion rate metric for enterprise deals Be the quality champion for solutions : - Ensure that the solutions align to customer's learning outcome expectations and are within the product guardrails Be the expert guiding the product strategy and roadmap through deep insights from the market : - Work with product management to get a deeper understanding of the roadmap evolution, and influence the direction of the roadmap - Listen to industry and technology trends to influence the roadmap of the product management team - Contribute to competitive benchmarking and sales collateral building Must have - Good understanding of SaaS, Product driven growth Must-Have : - Graduate/PG in Computer Science or Engineering background - 10+ years of Industry experience with specific experience in presales, solutions, or consulting - Prior experience in managing a team of top performers - Excellent communication (written, spoken, presentation), negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence all stakeholders - Data-oriented - the ability to measure performance and growth via data
