Building a product nation

- Products bring real value and there would be nothing like seeing India become a Product Nation. Not IT Services, not BPO powerhouse, but an export house of scalable technology products. The world should use off-the-shelf scalable software products made and handcrafted in India. But it's not going to be easy. We need to change our thinking, ask difficult questions, and come up with insane ideas.

- For example, all forms of transportation will probably become redundant one day, making our lives much more efficient. Our descendants will laugh that we actually drove cars everyday just to get to the other side of the town to do work. Sounds insane or exciting-

- What is also required is copious amounts of passion and equal amounts of endurance. If your goal in life is work-life balance, money, or a fancy designation, then stop reading. There is no room for mediocrity here.

Job Description :

A strong core team that believes in what we do and is hungry for challenges is being built at Simplifii to service the long road ahead. We are not looking for employees but hardcore problem-solvers.

As part of our efforts to expand our core development team, we are looking for a Product / Business Analyst, who will be required to :

A. Enhance the existing product. This will include :

- Working with the development team to ensure that all the features and functionality is working correctly

- Working with the development team to improve the performance (platform speed, etc.) and scalability (database records)

- Integration of third-party apps and APIs with Simplifii to enhance functionality and features

- Discovery of existing bugs/issues in user interfaces and in APIs

- Understanding Simplifii's architecture to assist delivery team, whenever required

B. Co-conceptualize and build products on top of Simplifii's platform. Specifically, you will need to:

- Configure the Simplifii platform as per the client's requirement

- Translate the client's requirement to the terminology that our platform understands

- Interact with clients to understand their requirements

Having the right skills :

Passion and endurance are a must. But we also expect a few other core competencies and qualifications:

- 1-3 years of professional experience in working with high performance teams OR producing high quality results as an individual

- Great Analytical skills and ability to identify and solve business problems

- Good verbal and written communication skills and polish to articulate business problems well

- Experience with databases, Postman, API testing, automated Performance & load testing

- Knowledge of any JavaScript frameworks is preferable

- Any experience working with Git, Reporting tools, Apache/Nginx, SSH, Linux, and Grunt/Gulp is preferable

- Strong debugging abilities across all major browsers

- Ability to complete tasks with minimal direct supervision

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication or similar streams from a reputed college/university
