Job Description:  Simpli5d Technologies is looking for a Manager- Operations & Strategy based out of Gurgaon to drive the complete digital operations.   - Ideal Candidate must have understanding of Digital Advertising Industry & must be good with numbers.   Key Responsibilities:  Reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for managing the entire operations of the company which includes  - Campaign management across multiple Geographies (India, ASEAN and EUROPE).  - Campaign activation and performance analysis/ optimization to ensure best results on the desired metrics.  - Post-Campaign Analysis Study & Reporting  - Updating and managing the sales/ marketing material for various products and stakeholders - Ad Sales and publisher development team.  - Act as a single point of contact for all kinds of data points, MIS, Marketing Material.  - Assist in various marketing/ PR/ Research/ Profiling initiatives of the company   - Maintain relationship with key publisher accounts  - Active research around the latest happenings in the industry, new product launches, competition analysis etc.  - Work very closely with the top management for all new initiatives   Desired Skills & Experience:  - 1-3 years of experience - knowledge of digital domain would be an added advantage  - Graduate/PG from Tier 1 institute.  - Highly analytical bent of mind   - Very fast learner and passionate about new technologies  - Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.  - Well versed with MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint  - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities  - Good team player - ability to coordinate with multiple teams
