B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - (US) UNIVERSITY Partnership

Work days: Mon-Fri

Work hours: 6:00 pm to 2:00 am (US Shift)

You'll be a pioneering member of a team focused on building our growing network of higher education partners in the United States. We want strong brand advocates who have the ability to sell consultatively by empathizing with our partners' needs and challenges to make Simpled the essential recruitment partner for every US higher educational institution.

- Sell consultatively to understand the customer's goals and challenges before offering solutions.

- Reach out to conference attendees and set up meetings for the director.

- Communicating with prospective clients (colleges and universities) to understand their needs and explain product value.

- Follow up with conference attendees to develop your pipeline leading to sales.

- Building relationships with your exceptional people skills, the Simpled way.

- Accountable for achieving sales and new partnerships.

- Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity including cold calls, social media and email follow-ups to reach key growth milestones.

- Travel to attend conferences, participate in educational events, visit campuses etc.

Responsibilities :

- Reach out to conference attendees & schedule meetings for the Simpled team.

- Engage prospective clients through phone calls on a daily basis. We expect a minimum of 50 calls per day.

- Engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, Email & Facebook.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of meaningful experience in sales with universities and colleges, with strong connections within the education industry is a plus.

- Humility to learn from fellow team members.

- Excellent writing, spoken, and presentation skills.

- Problem solving ability to deal with ambiguous environments.

- Experience using a CRM (Pipedrive) and G-Suite. (Google Drive, Calendars, Docs, Spreadsheet and Slides)

- Excels in maintaining good relationships with partners and clients.
