Simility - Senior Finance Manager - CA/CPA

Role:

The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for the end to end finances of both the US and India operations for Simility. This is a great career advancement role for someone who is looking to work with a top-notch Silicon Valley-based team. The successful candidate will work with a number of extended team members like CAs, consultants, etc while owning the overall financial health and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Financial reporting - reviewing and managing monthly documents from the CA

- Payroll - interfacing with the payroll company and ensuring that other benefits like PF, etc are in sync

- Banking - monthly remittance follow-ups, etc

- Account reconciliations for your bank accounts, and credit card statements

- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management

- Financial statement and custom reporting

- Financial & operational reporting

- Cash flow analysis and plan

- Financial & management analysis

- Budget development & monitoring

- Tax strategies

- Board & investor presentation & reporting

- Cost & cash flow management

- Vendor bill payment

- Sales invoicing

- Contract process

- Compliance review/enforcement (e.g. PCI, SOC2, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience:

- 5+ years of combined experience managing finances both in India and US

- CA and CPA (or in the process of completing CPA)

- Knowledge of US financial systems, reporting, etc

- Self-starter who is always looking to improve outcomes
