Our typical clients are executives at large global firms with operations across various established and emerging markets. Job Description:
Engagement Managers and Associates will lead and/or work as a part of SIM Advisory teams to serve our clients in Management Consulting engagements and in Analytics services
In our Management Consulting engagements, we create marketing strategies for our global client organizations to revitalize demand in established markets of US, Europe and South Pacific while concurrently marketing their product lines in high growth emerging markets of Brazil, India, China, SE Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Examples of current engagements:
Pricing Strategy (India with global travel)
Product Marketing Strategy (India)
In our Analytics Services engagements, we provide ongoing analytics to support and improve client marketing operations and build client marketing capabilities. Examples of current engagements:
Price Optimization Analytics Services (US/India)
Supply/Demand Assessments for Industrial Metals and Specialty Chemicals (US/India)
We expect consultants at our firm to manage senior executive client relationships and expectations. Our consultants get learning opportunities and experiences with senior business leaders earlier in the career track than is typical in the industry
Though most of our needs are full-time, we can design part-week or limited duration positions to fit specific work-situations of ex-consultants who want to continue consulting in a working model different from traditional partner-track roles at top-tier consulting firms
Qualifications:
For Engagement Managers, experience as an Engagement Manager in top-tier consulting firms, or equivalent experience. MBA from top-tier schools with pre-MBA corporate experience
For Associates, experience as an Associate at top-tier consulting firms, or equivalent experience. MBA from top-tier schools with pre-MBA corporate experience. Engineering, Science, or similar technical background a plus
