2. Summary / Responsibilities:

Silversparro has grown phenomenally in the last 12 months adding several clients to its list and we- re just now ramping up the inside sales team. We- ve got an executive team and board with unsurpassed experience in startups on top of an incredible engineering team. Our sales team has been crushing it but we- re now looking for Inside Sales Reps to continue to fill the pipeline and begin attacking the growing mid-market.

We- re expanding the sales team in our Gurgaon office and we- re looking for the next future rock stars to kick start it. Bring an ability to compete and learn, we- ll teach you the rest. 3. Qualifications:

- Career: passion for sales and tech with proven track record of hitting goals

- Coach-ability: able to listen and take training/feedback with a positive approach

- Relationships: a team player and ability to - connect- with all individuals of a business including the - C-Suite-

- Personality: outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and a risk-taker who thrives in dynamic work climates.

- Work ethic: self-motivated and strong desire to learn concepts about your new role and industry in a fast-paced manner

- Adaptability: open and eager to understand bleeding edge information, technology concepts and approaches in a rapidly-changing environment

- Communication style: clear, concise and effective communicator, both verbal and written

- Organized: we- re building the team on industry proven tactics but we- re also creating as we go. Organization will be a key to scale.

- Background: you create success and have a proven track record of sales excellence

- Plus: sales experience

4. Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to drive Silversparro revenue, and quickly learn to lead demos and close mid-level deals Follow-up, qualify, and convert marketing leads

- Work hand-in-hand with territory team to attack and deliver Top Target accounts

- Work with - C-Suite- Executives at Fortune 2000 companies

- Stay on pulse with Silversparro's technology, industry trends, and competition

- Capture your work in CRM
