SilverPush is growing! We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy to join our fast-paced team. Here's what you will do: - Prepare financial models and business models/ MIS - Assist in annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned - Run deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of the business - Analyse past operations' results and performing variance analyses on regular basis - Lead various analytic projects that cross all three areas of the group: Business Intelligence, Competitive Research, and Mergers & Acquisitions, with the ability to occasionally dedicate entirety of efforts to any one group as needs arise. - Support the decision making at the highest level by providing data backed strategic insights and advisory. - Identify and analysing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes. - Research market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the business's operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements. - Preparation of project reports, MIS, and presentations to the Board- Regularly analyze the competitive landscape to understand areas of improvement. Here's what we're looking for: - Graduates/PG from Tier-1 colleges with 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy roles and Program Management. - Should have a strong flair for numbers and deep understanding of financial statements. - Creating Financial Modelling from scratch. - Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis etc. - Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends, and synthesize findings into meaningful conclusions - Excellent analytical skill and ability to handle large data sets. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Must be articulate with effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Prior experience in similar role, strategy consulting is highly desirable Here's what we do: 1.
