SILA - Billing Manager

Role-

We are looking for experienced professionals with adequate experience in quantity surveying/billing, well versed with industry best practices. The individual will be leading the billing division and will be required to simultaneously manage a mix of interior contracting and realty assignments Monitoring and controlling the revenue, cost, profitability and financial health of all the projects across the region and contributing in improving the bottom-line of the company.

Responsibilities-

- Monitoring and controlling quantity survey and billing for all projects spread across the country.

- Carry out reconciliation of cost and value to date/forecast to keep the management team informed of project performance.

- Compile and issue invitations to tender, analyze subcontractor quotations and make recommendations for placement of orders.

- Strong background in quantity survey, cost estimation, commercial, contracts administration, and subcontractors management with good knowledge of contract laws, and FIDIC terms
