SIIC FIRST - Vice President - Projects/Cyber Security

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time and within budget.

- Work as the liaison between clients, business leads, functional leads, SME's (subject matter experts), application analysts, developers, and other technical team members to assist and document solutions to complex business problems

- Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical Clients

- Ensure that requirements are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed on roadmaps and backlogs

- Participate and represent information related to cyber security projects in delivery/operational meetings; conduct operational review meetings with the delivery team and the clients.

- Create relationships with business & technology stakeholders including architects, development managers, scrum teams, program/project managers, QA, Release Engineering and Management

- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT-related disciplines.

- 5+ years of cyber security experience required.

Desirable :

- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, enjoy the challenge of working through complex issues towards a solution; with the willingness to be flexible.

- Experience working with external clients in a Professional Services type organization, preferably with some type of consulting experience.

- Understanding of Cyber and IT& OT cybersecurity risks, threats, and prevention measures

- Must have significant and extensive work experience as a project manager

- Familiarity with Cybersecurity concepts and issues.

Base Location: Kanpur

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
