SIIC FIRST - Manager - Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Meeting with clients to discuss business goals and objectives.

- Present findings, projections and recommended actions.

- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects.

- Overall responsible for planning, executing, tracking and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects in the portfolio.

- Enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the broader project management organization.

- Business plan evaluation and modelling and operational excellence by directly partnering with specific businesses/functions.

- Conceptualize new and refine existing strategy blueprints to scale up the FMCG/Consulting business.

Minimum Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business management or similar.

- At least 4-5 years' of experience in business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning (FMCG & Distribution).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Outstanding research and analytical abilities.

- Strong leadership skills.

Base Location: NAVA Raipur (Chhattisgarh)

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
