SIIC FIRST - Manager - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide a wide range of high-level, complex, and confidential office administration and support to the PIC/ CEO Office.

- Lead general program management activities across programs and projects.

- Coordination with different Program Leaders and relevant teams for program updates and review, and relate.

- Build and execute strategies for strengthening the incubation across Technology (AI, Cyber Security, Telecom, Mfg, etc) verticals.

- Liaison and Relationship management with funding agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders.

- Write proposals or raising various types of funding.

- Managing and supervising the day-to-day project operations, and coordination with administration, facilities, legal, and finance.

- Leading/ Supporting various funded programs/ projects.

- Driving organizational excellence and team performance.

- Lead and support outreach and branding activities under different projects and leading affiliate tasks.

- Lead and support other activities as assigned.

Eligibility:

- B Tech/ M Tech Degree from reputed National/ International University.

- Highly Motivated.

- Strong Project Management abilities.

- Capability to influence without authority.

Desirable:

- Experience with an academic institution.

Base Location: Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh)

Travel:

- As and when required, across the country for project monitoring and execution as well as for coordination with geographically distributed teams.
